Day 1 > Venice [D] – 2 nights
Arrival at international airport Venice Marco Polo or Venice Cruise Terminal. Welcome by your tour escort. Transfer by private water taxi to your hotel located on the Canal Grande. Free day to discover the hidden Venice, get lost in its ways, canals and tiny squares, find another Venice, the real one you will love forever. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner included
Day 2 > Venice
After breakfast, meet your tour guide and take a cruise to the Island of Murano. You will enjoy a nice cruise along the Venetian Lagoon. Visit to a Murano glass blowing factory including a demonstration work where you will see how they make unique glass objects. Continue by boat to Venice, meet you local guide for a walking tour of the city. Visit Piazza San Marco, the St. Mark Basilica, the Campanile and the Doge’s Palace. Conclude the tour with a gondola serenade if you wish. Rest of day free.
Day 3 > Venice – Pisa – Florence [B, D] – 3 nights
Meet your driver/escort at Piazzale Roma in Venice for your transfer to your Hotel in Florence. On route stop in Pisa. Visit at the famous leaning tower that stands proudly on Piazza Campo dei Miracoli (Miracles Field). Welcome to Florence, the city of the Renaissance! A suggested walk through Florence’s beautiful historic center will introduce you to its wonders: Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza del Duomo.
Day 4 > Florence [B]
Meet your local guide at your hotel to start your tour of Florence. Visit at the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s masterpiece, The David. Continue to the Duomo, than reach Piazza della Signoria, the political and most beautiful square of Florence, where you will admire Palazzo Vecchio and all statues that furnish the square.
Stop to see Ponte Vecchio, filled with artisan jewelry shops and finish your tour at Santa Croce Square, where you can shop for all things made in leather. Free time for lunch. Day at leasure.
Day 5 > Florence – San Gimignano [B, D]
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon you will visit San Gimignano, driving along the typical countryside of Tuscany. San Gimignano is known for its medieval walls, towers and smart boutiques. Spend your afternoon exploring the charming center with extraordinary views of the surrounding countryside and enjoy a farewell Dinner at local restaurant.
Day 6 > Florence – Orvieto – Rome [B, D] – 3 nights
Meet your driver at your hotel and be ready for your transfer to Rome. En route stop to visit the ancient Umbrian hill town of Orvieto, a charming town known for its white wine, woodcarvings objects and delicious local dishes. Visit the Duomo. Free time for lunch in Orvieto. Late afternoon arrive in Rome.
Day 7 > Rome [B]
Leisure day in Rome on your own so you can spend time shopping and/or just take in the atmosphere of the Roman lifestyle. Early afternoon take a tour of the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel and St Peter Basilica. Enjoy your rest of the day at leisure for a walk of Rome’s famous piazzas and shops.
Day 8 > Rome [B, D]
In the morning meet driver at your hotel for your transfer to the site of Ancient Rome for a guided visit of the Roman Forum, the Coliseum and the Capitoline Hill. Rest of the day at leisure. Farewell Dinner at one of traditional restaurant.
