I tried to send a sample of photos that you appeared in, and in doing so, I realize how much you were a part of our lives for those ten days, from Rome to Amalfi, to Sicily.
Thank you so much for your professionalism and patience with our group. You were good at dealing with all the different personalities in our group. You were well informed, and you smoothed over any difficulty that arose in a cool, calm manner.
